Ausland Volunteers was established in 2021 in Australia to meet the enduring need for disciplined, capable men to work in the service of their communities. Formed not for transient causes but for lasting purpose, the Ausland Volunteers (ΛV) combines the lessons of tradition with the requirements of the present, preparing its members to act with competence, precision, and resolve.

The principles of Discipline, Courage, Strength, Loyalty, and Honour define both the mission and the measure of standing within the Volunteers. These are not expressions for display, but standards to be upheld in every task. Discipline governs action. Courage ensures commitment in adversity. Strength is built in the body, mind, and skill. Loyalty binds the fraternity together. Honour preserves integrity in all conduct.

The mission is to foster physical, mental, and moral capability, uniting individuals under a common standard of service and leadership. Through structured training, operational experience, and the carrying of responsibility, members are prepared to serve their communities with reliability and professionalism. Leadership is developed not as theory, but as practice under real conditions.

Looking ahead, the Volunteers remain committed to strengthening capability, expanding operational reach, and deepening the bonds between members. The development of specialist skills, the establishment of enduring programs, and the hosting of events that build both resilience and cohesion are part of this ongoing work.

The aim is constant: to maintain a body of principled, disciplined, and purpose-driven men, capable of leading by example and meeting the demands of service wherever they arise.
