Private Membership Association
Charitable Organisation
ϟ
Established 2021
Ausland Volunteers (AV) is a self-governing fraternal order operating as a Private Membership Association (PMA) under Australia’s legal framework protecting freedom of association. AV lawfully defines and upholds its own membership, structure, and mission.
Membership is exclusive to:
Ethnic European (Non-Semitic) males
Ages 18-60
Physically and mentally fit for service
These criteria are essential to AV’s purpose, ensuring alignment in values, commitment, and capability. As a private association, AV retains the right to establish its own membership requirements in accordance with its mission and principles.
Participation in auxiliary capacities may be granted at AV’s discretion, but membership itself remains exclusive.
By engaging with AV, all parties acknowledge its lawful autonomy and established membership policies.
The institutions that once forged strong, disciplined men—military, emergency services, and fraternal orders—have lost their way. Their traditions have eroded, their missions diluted, leaving men disconnected, undervalued, and without purpose.
The Ausland Volunteers (AV) provides an alternative: a private, self-funded brotherhood where men can reclaim their identity, reconnect with their heritage, and serve with purpose. AV is not a social club—it is a mission-driven force bound by fraternal ethos, historical continuity, and strategic effectiveness.
The Mission:
The Ausland Volunteers is built on four enduring pillars:
Health & Fitness: Building physical and mental resilience.
Cultural Preservation: Honouring and safeguarding traditions.
Leadership: Developing discipline, integrity & the ability to lead by example.
Emergency Readiness: Equipping members to respond to real-world challenges.
Every Volunteer is prepared to contribute meaningfully—to their community, peers, and themselves.
A Call For Service:
The Call for Service puts AV’s training into practice. From disaster relief to community support, AV members are able to step in to help where they’re needed most.
Through clear organisation and practical skills, AV ensures its members are ready to assist—whether providing aid, managing logistics, or leading a team. AV is committed to making a meaningful impact from regular local efforts to large-scale events.
Our Standards:
AV operates within a disciplined, structured framework that demands strict adherence to its founding principles, operational doctrine, and strategic mission. Like private associations, religious orders, and fraternal organisations, AV asserts its lawful right to define its membership and mission without external compromise.
For those who do not meet the core criteria but wish to contribute, auxiliary roles, advocacy opportunities, and aligned initiatives may be available at AV’s discretion.
Who We Are Looking For:
AV is built on service, leadership, and action. Membership is earned, not given, and reserved for those who meet the following basic criteria:
(Non-Semitic) Ethnic European heritage
Male, ages 18-60
Physically and mentally fit for service
What AV Offers:
For Veterans & Professionals: AV values your skills, experience, and leadership. If you seek to continue serving in a meaningful way, AV provides the structure and mission to do so.
For Those Seeking Direction: AV offers specialist training, mentorship, and a strong network to help you develop, grow, and lead with distinction.

The AV is more than a social club, or community organisation. The Volunteers are a brotherhood of men committed to preserving cultural heritage, safeguarding communities, and shaping a path for future generations. Rooted in the principles of loyalty, discipline, courage, strength, and honour; the Volunteers are a historically inspired, contemporary response to timeless challenges. All Volunteers are given the skills, knowledge, and support to work on themselves, and if they’re willing: Answer the call for service.
Every action is guided by a shared sense of purpose.
With regular meetings, a vibrant social calendar, and service benefits, the Ausland Volunteers seek to offer more than camaraderie and belonging. Members build connections, share experiences, and strengthen bonds through social events and activities. On a serious note, the Ausland Volunteers are also dedicated to community safety initiatives, disaster response efforts, and other high-stakes missions.
This is not about nostalgia or imitation—it’s about leadership in action.
The Volunteers are dedicated to preserving a key aspect of European culture: the tradition of brotherhood, Männerbünde or kóyros. Rooted in the principles of strength, discipline, loyalty, courage, and honour, they strengthen members’ connection to heritage, refine individual and group capabilities, and leave behind a legacy of purpose and action. As an enlisted member of the organisation, you’ll train alongside kin who share these principles—and value your personal commitment to make a difference.
If this resonates with you, we invite you to explore more. The Ausland Volunteers are ready to those who honour their heritage, lead with courage, and are prepared to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world.
